oil. This bill would repeal and amend law to allow for sales to be collected on lubricating

Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the excise tax applied to lubricating oil products; and

license or renew the license of a provider of a child care service on the basis that the provider
declines to carry out an activity that conflicts with the religious beliefs of the provider.
This bill would also expressly authorize civil remedies for enforcement including attorneys'

Rd 1 05-MAR-15 SYNOPSIS: Under existing law, a licensed motor vehicle rental company may authorize
an employee to act on behalf of the company with regard to insurance coverage offered. This
bill would specify that a licensed motor vehicle rental company may authorize and pay compensation
to an employee or authorized representative of the company to offer or sell insurance coverage
without the employee or authorized representative being individually licensed to sell insurance.
This bill would also provide that an employee or representative of the motor vehicle rental
company may not be compensated based primarily on the number of customers who elect to purchase
insurance coverage, but may receive compensation incidental to his or her overall compensation.
