BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. Pursuant to Amendment No. 362 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, now appearing as Section 7 of the Lee County Local Amendments of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, the annual salary of the Sheriff of Lee County shall be one hundred thousand seven hundred dollars ($100,700) which shall be paid in the same manner and at the same time as other county employees. Section 2. The salary provided in this act shall be in lieu of any other salary provided by general or local law. Section 3.
