BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 45-2-241, Code of Alabama 1975, is amended
to read as follows: §45-2-241. "(a) At the expiration of the terms of office, or if
a vacancy occurs in either the office of Tax Assessor or the office of Tax Collector of Baldwin
County, then immediately upon the occurrence of a vacancy there shall be established the office
