of a patient diagnosed with a light-sensitive porphyria would apply to all areas of the windshield
and windows prescribed by the physician. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Section 32-5C-4,
Code of Alabama 1975, relating to medical exemptions from the window tinting law; to provide
that the exemption applies to the top six inches of a motor vehicle windshield unless otherwise
prescribed by the department or by a physician requesting the medical exemption on behalf
