BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. This act shall apply only in Mobile County. Section 2. All duties, responsibilities, and liabilities regarding real property sales for failure to pay taxes and any subsequent redemption heretofore performed by the judge of probate shall be transferred to and shall be performed by the revenue commissioner. Section 3. All laws or parts of laws which conflict with this act are repealed. Section 4.
