This bill would allow any individual or organization representing nurses to nominate an eligible nurse for appointment to the board. This bill would also clarify that an advanced practice registered nurse or a physician's assistant, in addition to a physician or dentist, may delegate orders to a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
