SB247 ENGROSSED By Senator Beasley A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Section 28-3A-25, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the regulation of alcoholic beverages; to permit a tasting of liquor or wine conducted by a licensed manufacturer or its representative to be held on the premises of a store which is licensed to sell liquor for off-premises consumption only and within a state liquor store; to provide that the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board would regulate the procedure for the tasting of wine and distilled liquor. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1.
