BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. Effective beginning the next term of office commencing on October 1, 2015, the salary of the Shelby County Property Tax Commissioner shall be one hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) per year payable in equal monthly installments in the same manner as the salary is currently paid. Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
