death or serious physical injury to a law enforcement officer in pursuit of a person attempting

under certain conditions; and to provide a fee. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. (a) An inmate assigned to a work release or community correction center who has
paid employment in the community may apply for and, upon approval, receive an Inmate In Paid
Employment Driver's License. The license shall only authorize an inmate to drive to and from
