for the purchase of certain goods and services. This bill would allow purchases of services
under a competitive bid nationwide cooperative purchasing program. This bill would allow purchases
from a vendor under a GSA contract. This bill would specify requirements for purchases of
sole source products or services. This bill would also change from three to five years the
