9-11-54, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide for the annual issuance of hunting licenses to persons
with disabilities for a reduced license fee; and to require fishing licenses to be issued
annually to persons with disabilities and to charge a reduced annual license fee. BE IT ENACTED
BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 9-11-54, Code of Alabama 1975, is amended
to read as follows: §9-11-54. "(a) Any person who is totally and permanently disabled
and receiving disability retirement from a public or private entity or a disability benefit
from the federal Social Security Administration, the United States Railroad Retirement, the
United States Office of Personnel Management, the Retirement Systems of Alabama, or a unit
of federal, state, or local government designated by rule of the department and who has been
a bona fide resident of this state for not less than six months 90 days next...

a windshield placard for disability access parking, that an individual provide his or her
valid state issued driver's license number, a non-driver identification number, or a unique

move the collection of the inspection fee that pertains to gasoline to the terminal excise
tax return and dyed diesel fuel, dyed kerosene, and lubricating oil products to a separate
return. This bill would require the Alabama Department of Revenue to collect the fees. This
bill would clarify the definitions used for petroleum products fee under Title 8, Chapter
17, Code of Alabama 1975. This bill would change the disposition of the funds to provide for
an amount to the Alabama Department of Revenue for administration in collecting the fees.
