A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To make a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Forestry Commission in the amount of $1,427,608 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $1,427,608 from the State General Fund to the Alabama Forestry Commission for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017. Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval by the Governor, or upon its otherwise becoming law.
