SYNOPSIS: This bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the Emergency Forest Fire Fund to the Alabama Forestry Commission in the amount of $550,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017; and makes a supplemental appropriation from the State Board of Prosthetic and Orthotists Fund to the Alabama State Board of Prosthetics and Orthotics in the amount of $20,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017.

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT

To make a supplemental appropriation from the Emergency Forest Fire Fund to the Alabama Forestry Commission in the amount of $550,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017; and make a supplemental appropriation from the State Board of Prosthetic and Orthotists Fund to the Alabama State Board of Prosthetics and Orthotics in the amount of $20,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:

Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $550,000 from the Emergency Forest Fire Fund to the Alabama Forestry Commission for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017.

Section 2. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $20,000 from the State Board of Prosthetics and Orthotists Fund to the Alabama State Board of Prosthetics and Orthotics for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017.

Section 3. This act shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval by the Governor, or upon its otherwise becoming law.
