By Representative South HB157 ENROLLED, An Act, To make a supplemental appropriation from the Emergency Forest Fire Fund to the Alabama Forestry Commission in the amount of $550,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017; make a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $800,000 from the DNA Fund to the Department of Forensic Sciences for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017; make a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $5,000,000 from the Insurance Department Fund to the Department of Insurance for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 and make a supplemental appropriation from the State Board of Prosthetic and Orthotists Fund to the Alabama State Board of Prosthetics and Orthotics in the amount of $20,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $550,000 from the Emergency Forest Fire Fund to the Alabama Forestry Commission for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017. Section 2. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $800,000 from the DNA Fund to the Department of Forensic Sciences for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017. Section 3. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore and hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $5,000,000 from the Insurance Department Fund to the Department of Insurance for the fiscal year ending September 30, 3017. Section 4. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $20,000 from the State Board of Prosthetics and Orthotists Fund to the Alabama State Board of Prosthetics and Orthotics for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017. Section 5. This act shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval by the Governor, or upon its otherwise becoming law.
