BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. Section 45-4-72, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the meeting days of the Bibb County Commission and Section 45-4-74, Code of Alabama 1975, authorizing the county commission to perform work on private property under certain conditions are repealed.
