| Body: | Section 9-8A-10 Designing of proposed soil and water conservation practices. A qualified technician of, or technician designated by, the soil and water conservation district in which a particular project is located shall design and lay out proposed soil and water conservation practices for which allocated funds have been obligated. Such technician shall be responsible for determining compliance with applicable design standards and specifications. (Acts 1985, 1st Ex.
