| Body: | Section 9-12-162 Rights and privileges granted to be exercised in accordance with Alabama laws, etc. The fishing rights and privileges which may be granted by or through such reciprocal agreements shall be exercised in accordance with the laws of Alabama and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources of the State of Alabama which pertain to the taking, catching, possessing or handling of seafood by residents of the State of Alabama.
