| Body: | Section 9-11-3 Title and deeds to acquired lands; supervision of same. The title to any land acquired by gift or otherwise shall first be approved by the Attorney General, and such title shall vest in the state. The deed to any such lands shall be recorded in the county where such land lies and shall be deposited with the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources. The supervision of and over such lands shall be under the control of the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources. (Acts 1935, No. 240, p. 632, §25; Code 1940, T. 8, §26.) |
