| Body: | Section 9-10-13 Construction of terms where another state agency charged with responsibility of Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. In the event that a state agency other than the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources may hereafter be charged with such responsibility as is in this article charged to the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the term "Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources" wherever used in this article shall be construed to mean the executive head of the state agency so charged.
