| Body: | Section 8-16-72 Rules and regulations for weighing agricultural commodities. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, with the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, may adopt and promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this division, to the end that persons, firms, corporations, or associations may be furnished with accurate weighing services by the Department of Agriculture and Industries where such services are required for the sale of agricultural commodities.
