| Body: | Section 45-39-91 County contingency fund. In Lauderdale County, there is hereby established a county contingency fund to be funded by the county general fund in an amount not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per annum, to be determined by the county commission. The fund may be expended by resolution of the county commission for promoting industrial or economic development and prospective industrial or economic development within the county or any other related uses.
