| Body: | Section 45-3-140.05 Eligible volunteer fire department. An eligible volunteer fire department, for the purposes of this article, shall mean a certified nonprofit volunteer fire department located in Barbour County that is certified under the Alabama Forestry Commission guidelines and is a member of the Barbour County Volunteer Firefighters Association.
