| Body: | Section 45-26A-70.13 Creation of joint commission and board. Wetumpka may create a joint commission and board with other municipalities within Elmore County or with Elmore County pursuant to an ordinance enacted pursuant to this article, with all the powers granted by this article to such commissions. Any such joint commission and joint board shall be subject to all of the applicable provisions of this article and the representation on such joint commission and joint board shall be determined by the governing bodies participating in such joint commissions and joint boards.
