| Body: | Section 45-2-220.06 Advisory Board. The Baldwin County Department of Archives and History Advisory Board is created and shall be composed of the following members: Chair of county commission, presiding circuit judge, judge of probate, revenue commissioner, sheriff, circuit clerk, or their designees, a person designated by the Baldwin County Historical Society, and one person designated by the Baldwin County Genealogical Society.
