| Body: | Section 45-17A-80.13 Creation of joint commission and board. Tuscumbia may create a joint commission and board with other municipalities within Colbert County or with Colbert County pursuant to an ordinance enacted pursuant to this part, with all the powers granted by this part to such commissions. Any such joint commission and joint board shall be subject to all of the applicable provisions of this part and the representation on such joint commission and joint board shall be determined by the governing bodies participating in such joint commissions and joint boards.
