Body: | Section 40-12-424 Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, may be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
