| Body: | Section 4-4-14 Municipal regulation of private airports. The council or other governing body of each municipality of this state shall have power to enact ordinances, not inconsistent with the laws of this state, designed to safeguard the public upon or beyond the limits of private airports or landing fields within such municipality or its police jurisdiction against the perils and hazards of instrumentalities used in aerial navigation.
