| Body: | Section 34-37-11 Reciprocal agreements. The board may establish reciprocal agreements with any other state licensing or certifying board which recognizes, as a minimum, the standards prescribed by the board, and may allow certified plumbers and gas fitters to receive a certificate in this state without taking examinations if the plumber or gas fitter is currently licensed in the reciprocating state and upon the payment of the prescribed fees.
