Body: | Section 34-25-8 Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any person who falsely states or represents that he or she has been or is a polygraph examiner or trainee shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed six months, or both.
