| Body: | Section 33-2-104 Use of surplus revenues of Port of Mobile facilities to pay operating deficit. If at the end of any fiscal year there are surplus revenues of the Port of Mobile facilities with respect to that fiscal year and an operating deficit of the inland waterways facilities with respect to that fiscal year then any such surplus revenues shall be used to meet any such operating deficit.
