| Body: | Section 33-10-9 Executive director - To be secretary to board of commissioners; compensation; employment of personnel. The executive director, in addition to his usual functions, shall be secretary to the board of commissioners. The board of commissioners shall fix the compensation of the executive director. The executive director shall employ necessary engineers, attorneys, accountants, technical personnel and other employees necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
