| Body: | Section 32-6-71 Rules and regulations. The State Department of Revenue shall make such rules and regulations as necessary to insure compliance with all state license laws relating to use and operation of a private or pleasure motor vehicle before issuing special tags to amateur radio operators in lieu of the regular Alabama license plates, and such rules and regulations as necessary to provide for the application for and issuance of such special tags.
