| Body: | Section 32-6-155 Operation of motor vehicle bearing tag or plate not issued therefor or transferred thereto. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle bearing a personalized license tag or plate not issued for or duly transferred to such vehicle. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $50.00 and not more than $200.00 for each offense. (Acts 1975, 3rd Ex.
