Body: | Section 32-5A-175 Special speed limitation on motor-driven cycles. No person shall operate any motor-driven cycle at any time from a half hour after sunset to a half hour before sunrise nor at any other time when, due to insufficient light or unfavorable atmospheric conditions, persons and vehicles on the highway are not clearly discernible at a distance of 1,000 feet ahead at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour unless such motor-driven cycle is equipped with a head lamp or lamps which are adequate to reveal a person or vehicle at a distance of 300 feet ahead.
