| Body: | Section 32-15-2 Renting to intoxicated person. Whoever rents a motor vehicle to any person to operate upon any public highway or street, knowing that such person is in an intoxicated condition or under the influence of drugs, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not less than 30 days nor more than 12 months, or shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00, or shall be both fined and imprisoned.
