| Body: | Section 31-2-21 Discrimination against person wearing uniform. Any proprietor, manager, or employee of any public place within this state who discriminates against any person lawfully wearing the uniform of any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States or the State of Alabama because of that uniform shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
