| Body: | Section 28-4-52 Penalty for violations of Section 28-4-50. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of Section 28-4-50 shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment at hard labor in the penitentiary, for not less than one year nor more than five years, such punishment to be fixed within these limits by the court.
