| Body: | Section 28-5-14 Penalties for violations of chapter. Any officer, director, agent, servant or employee of any corporation or any other person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be punished by confinement in the penitentiary for not less than one nor more than three years.
