| Body: | Section 28-4-297 Unlawful disposition, etc., of contraband liquors and beverages by custodian. Any custodian of seized contraband liquor and beverages who shall permit the same to be improperly and unlawfully removed from his possession or shall give the same away to any person shall be punished, on conviction, by a fine of not less than $50.00 and by imprisonment at hard labor for the county for six months.
