| Body: | Section 25-12-9 Deputy inspectors. The secretary may employ deputy inspectors who shall be responsible to the chief inspector. A deputy inspector at the time of appointment shall have three years of experience in the construction, installation, inspection, operation, maintenance, or repair of high pressure boilers and pressure vessels as a mechanical engineer, steam operating engineer, boilermaker, or boiler inspector. A deputy inspector shall pass the examination provided for in Section 25-12-11. (Act 2000-315, p. 488, ยง9.) |
