| Body: | Section 23-1-43 State agricultural experiment station roads. The State Department of Transportation shall construct, repair, and maintain all roads on land owned by the state which is located within the boundaries of any state agricultural experiment station or of any branch or substation, and such roads shall be considered a part of the state highway system.
