| Body: | Section 23-1-58 Interest of employees, etc., in construction, etc., of roads and bridges prohibited. Neither the director nor any other person in the employ of the Department of Transportation shall be, either directly or indirectly, interested in any contract or agreement for the construction or maintenance of any road or bridge in this state or in the sale of any machinery, material, or anything whatever entering into the construction, repair, or maintenance of the roads and bridges of this state.
