| Body: | Section 23-1-284 Agreement with United States Secretary of Transportation. The director, on behalf of the state, is authorized and directed to seek agreement with the Secretary of Transportation of the United States, acting under the provisions of Section 131, Title 23, United States Code, as amended, that the provisions of this division are in conformance with Section 131, Title 23, United States Code, and provide effective control of outdoor advertising signs as set forth therein.
