| Body: | Section 22-17-4 Water connections and waste disposal. The owner and manager of every barber, manicure and beauty shop shall provide for regular use in the said shop hot and cold water connections and sewer connections complying with the ordinances of the municipalities in which they are situated; provided, that in communities and localities in which public water supplies under pressure and public sewers are not available, an adequate supply of hot water and waste disposal satisfactory to the county health officer shall be provided.
