Body: | Section 21-7-7 Rights of blind persons not using cane or service animal. A totally or partially blind pedestrian not carrying a cane as described in Section 21-7-6 or any totally or partially blind individual not using a service animal in a public accommodation shall have all of the rights and privileges conferred by law upon other individuals, and the failure of a totally or partially blind pedestrian to carry a cane or of a totally or partially blind individual to use a service animal in a public accommodation may not be held to constitute nor be evidence of contributory negligence.
