Body: | Section 21-7-3 Right to full use of streets, sidewalks, public buildings, public facilities, etc. (a) An individual with a disability is entitled to full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, and privileges in every public accommodation. (b) A public accommodation shall modify its policies, practices, and procedures to permit the use of a service animal by an individual with a disability. (c) This chapter does not require a person, firm, business, or corporation, or an agent thereof, to modify or provide a vehicle, premises, facility, or service to a higher degree of accommodation than is required for an individual who is not disabled.
