Body: | Section 2-15-83 Inspection of records by commissioner, inspectors, etc. The commissioner, duly authorized inspectors, employees and agents of the Department of Agriculture and Industries shall have power and authority during business hours to enter upon the premises of any livestock market and to have access to and inspect books, invoices and other like records of such markets relating to the receipt, keeping, sale and delivery of livestock for the purpose of enforcing the requirements of this division.
