Body: | Section 15-10-90 Sheriffs to fingerprint persons taken into custody; disposition of copies of fingerprints. It shall be the duty of the sheriff of each county in this state who shall first take a person into custody to fingerprint such person and furnish a copy of such fingerprints, with the fingerprint card properly filled out, to the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Washington, D.C., and a copy to the Director, Department of Public Safety, State Bureau of Investigation, Montgomery, Alabama.
