Body: | Section 14-6-50 Penalty for violation of article. Any member of a county commission, sheriff or deputy who violates any of the provisions of this article for which no specific penalty is provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.
