| Body: | Section 11-48-37 Appeals to circuit court from assessments - Bond. The amount of such appeal bond shall be fixed and the sureties thereon shall be approved by the mayor or other chief executive officer, and the said bond shall be conditioned to prosecute said appeal to effect and pay the city or town any judgment that the circuit court may enter, and all damages that any person may suffer by such appeal.
